MSF = Microsoft Solution Framework
MOF = Microsoft Operations Framework

Microsoft is one the biggest software development company. I think, there should be something we could learn from.

Microsoft has released 2 set of guideline for software development. MSF tell how to produce a solution when there is a business need. And MOF come after MSF to tell how to operate on the provided solution.

Since I am interested in the team building, the above links are the team model of both framework.

In order to produce high quality software, I think, having a good team is very important. But how to build a team so that it is good?

In the above link, I find how Microsoft build their software teams. The author is a project manager in Microsoft and he has given a lot of his own working experience.

I come from a small company with a small IT development team. Unlike large development team, we don't have any design model to follow.

Now my company become bigger and bigger, I hope I can make use of the knowledge from the course to improve the work flow of my development team.
